As a Certified HypnoBirthing Childbirth Educator for many years, Sonja has now taken Hypnosis in Childbirth to the next level.

As a Psychotherapist, Hypnotherapist, and Master Hypnotist, Sonja brings to the table years of experience in HypnoBirthing and in Hypnotherapy.  Having recently  relocated to Colorado from Minnesota, where she maintained a fulltime private practice with two offices.   Sonja has trained and been certified as a HypnoBirthing Childbirth Educator, however after actively teaching for many years, she has found that as women evolve so to must we educators and our systems evolve. The new Hypno-Empowered Birth system has been touted by local Colorado mamas as "really addressing what is improtant now" and "It's Fresh and supports me and my partner in an enlightened way".  Sonja enjoys using hypnosis to work with a diversity of issues, including teaching women this method for comfortable, gentle, childbirth.
