As a Certified Hypnotherapist, Sonja brings to the table years of experience in HypnoBirthing and in Hypnotherapy. Having just recently relocated to Colorado from Minnesota, where she maintained a fulltime private practice with two offices. Sonja is trained and certified as a HypnoBirthing Childbirth Educator under Marie "Mickey" Mongan, founder of the HypnoBirthing Institute and author of HypnoBirthing, the textbook used by all HypnoBirthing practitioners. She enjoys using hypnosis to work with a diversity of issues, including teaching women this time-tested method for comfortable, calm and often pain-free childbirth.
